The Restoration Method™ is a framework for understanding how your internal state shapes your thoughts, behavior, and life direction.
It was developed through years of working with creatives, studying the relationship between the nervous system, identity, and subconscious patterning—and applying these principles through lived experience.
At its core, the method is based on a simple observation:
Most people are not lacking clarity or ability.
They are operating from internal patterns they have not yet learned to recognize.
These patterns influence how you think, how you respond, what you expect-
and ultimately, what you create in your life.
The Restoration Method™ provides a way to identify these patterns, understand them, and begin shifting them with clarity and precision.

The method is organized through six core pillars, each representing a different dimension of how your internal system operates.

INSIDE THE SESSION
Each session follows a structured process designed to help you see and shift what is shaping your internal state. While the process is consistent, the session is intuitive and tailored to what is present for you.
Sessions typically move through four stages.
1. Nervous System Regulation
Sessions begin with sound frequency to bring the body into a regulated state.
Solfeggio frequencies are used to help the nervous system shift out of stress and into a parasympathetic state, where the body feels safe and the mind becomes quieter.
This allows deeper patterns to surface without interference from urgency or overthinking.
2. Oracle Mapping
This functions as an energy-based reading.
Each card reflects specific patterns across the six pillars of the method.
This process reveals what is already active within you—
so it can be clearly understood, shifted, and translated into clear direction and aligned action.
3. Interpretation
This process is intuitive, but grounded in a clear understanding of identity, the nervous system, and subconscious patterning.
4. Integration
Each session concludes with a clear point of integration. You leave with a shift in perception, a deeper awareness of what was previously unconscious, and a defined direction for how to begin changing it. This may include a regulation practice, a reprogramming process, or a new way of approaching your current situation—allowing the work to move from insight into application.
AFTER THE SESSION
After each session, you receive a clear summary of what was identified, including key patterns, insights, and your next point of focus. This creates a sense of direction and continuity, allowing the work to move beyond the session and be applied in a consistent, integrated way.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
A Restoration Session focuses on what is currently present, bringing clarity to a specific pattern, state, or situation so it can be understood and shifted.
The 12-week mentorship allows for deeper, sustained work over time—supporting the stabilization of new patterns, the restructuring of identity, and the development of consistency in how you think, feel, and respond.
Both are rooted in the same method.
The difference is the depth and continuity of the process.
